All cleaning services are based off of a free estimate which may require a walkthrough for a clear estimate. Prices may and will vary depending upon services requested as well as length of job. · Dusting (includes horizontal surfaces, shelves, fireplace mantle, windowsills, and baseboards)

· Vacuuming (less dust than sweeping; hypoallergenic)

· Light mopping with microfiber pad

· Moderate/deep mopping of bathrooms and kitchen

· Taking out trash (bags provided)

· Cleaning interior and exterior of the storm door and/or sliding glass door

· Making of beds

· Changing bed linens (clean linens must be provided)

· Clean bathrooms (tub, shower, handles, shower walls, sink, toilet, and mirror)

· Clean kitchen (countertops, dishes, stove top, exterior oven door, front face of appliances)

· Sanitizing light switches, door knobs, and highly touched areas

· Minimal organization included with basic/deep cleaning services

· No interiors of ovens/ranges

Includes Basic & Deep Cleaning Services

· Service costs begin at no less than $375

· We will accommodate short notice services upon request however, there will be a minimum fee of $100 if within 24 hours or less of requested service date.

· Interior painting (Minimum $1.50-3.50 per square foot and if the customer has supplies)

· Nicotine removal (Purely based on a walkthrough)

· Hazard cleanings (IE: Post hoarding, elderly human waste, animal waste, excessive garbage accumulation)

· Organization ($75 minimum depending on size and time required)

· Cleaning out gutters and cleaning of the roof ($2 per linear foot)

· Pressure washing (Based on the type and size of the project)

· Minimal junk removal (Per truck bed full; a minimum of $75)

· Post construction clean-up ($0.55 per square foot minimum, up to 5,000 square feet)

· Family/Event gathering/get together clean-up (Minimum of $250 depending on size and conditions)

· Oven cleaning (Minimum of $75 depending on conditions)

· Interior of refrigerator (Minimum of $60 depending on condition)
