Joining the Bluebird Services loyalty program is easy! Simply speak to your cleaner about joining and they will get you set-up!
The Bluebird Services Loyalty Program is simple, it isn't a "store credit" or "cashback" type of deal like many others out there either! As a Bluebird Services loyal member, you will receive a monthly discount. After signing up through your Bluebird Services cleaner, simply pay on the first of each month and your services will be automatically discounted!
For Bluebird Services Loyalty Program members, the cancelation policy is a bit different than with recurring and new customers.
· If you reschedule your cleaning within 48-hours, no extra fees will be applied and there is no refund. Your upfront pay cycle will be applied to the next month. (See example (1) below.)
· If you reschedule your cleaning after the 48-hour deadline, your discount will be null and void for the upcoming month. This means that your regular discount must be paid in order for your services to continue on the month after. No refunds will be made. (See example (2) below.)
(1) EXAMPLE: Your scheduled cleaning/service is about to come up in four days, you call Bluebird Services and reschedule. Your discount will be as it always has been, you will not pay any extra fees, and your new schedule service(s) will be made at the new date and time.
(2) EXAMPLE: Your cleaning/service happens in two days, you call to reschedule. Your discount has already been applied but, because you reschedule late, the next month's bill will not have a discount. You MUST pay the FULL upfront price (which includes the discount you would normally receive) in order for your cleaning service(s) to be rendered.
