As with many services, there is a nonrefundable deposit fee of 25% upfront for recurring customers while a 50% deposit is required for all new customers. Your deposit will go towards your cleaning fee. Please read more on our cancelation policy here.
We take absolute pride in ensuring nothing is damaged during any services that you may have requested. However, mistakes can happen which is why we will inform you of any damages that may incur and discuss a way to cover any items that may be damaged.
If you wish to keep any images or videos made of your property private, please let us know! We do take before and after images and/or videos for your and Bluebird Services' protection as well as to let others see what they can experience with our services.
If you're happy with your experience and feel that you didn't pay enough, a tip is a great way to show your appreciation (tips are NOT required). If you would like to leave a tip, please speak with your cleaner at the time of cleaning/inspection.
If you're not completely satisfied with any service(s) you received, please let us know immediately! We will do what we can to make it right; we will do what must be done to make sure you are satisfied!
